Michelle Travis is a professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she serves as the Co-Director of USF’s Labor and Employment Law Program. Michelle is an expert on employment discrimination law. She speaks around the country on issues involving sex discrimination, gender stereotypes, and work/family balance. Her recent research focuses on engaging men in women’s leadership initiatives. Her new book, Dads For Daughters: How Fathers Can Give Their Daughters a Better, Brighter, and Fairer Future, is an invitation and guidebook for men who would like to become workplace advocates for gender equality.
